Terms
We're finalizing our full Terms of Service with counsel. Until then, here are the rules of the road in plain English so there are no surprises.
Bidding
Bids are binding offers. If you win, you owe the winning bid plus tax. We extend auctions by 60 seconds when a bid lands in the last minute so nobody snipes you in the closing seconds.
Payment
Once you win, you have 24 hours to pay through Stripe. If you don't pay we cancel the order and may suspend your account from future bidding.
Pickup
You pick up at our local warehouse. We'll email you a window to choose. Lots not picked up within 7 days of payment may be forfeited and re-listed.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of pickup if the item is materially different from how we described it. Cosmetic flaws disclosed in the listing aren't grounds for return. See our returns process for details.
Conduct
One account per person. Don't bid on your own consignments. Don't run bots. Don't harass our staff. Violating these gets you banned without refund.
