Text message (SMS) alerts
ZooLots — the brand and trade name of Zoolots LLC — sends account and transaction text messages to registered users at the mobile number they provide, delivered through our messaging provider Twilio. This is an account-notification program — we do not send marketing or promotional texts. Opting in is optional and is never a condition of bidding or purchase.
What you'll receive
Messages are triggered only by your own account activity:
- you won an auction lot;
- your order is ready for pickup;
- a reminder for your scheduled pickup appointment;
- your payment failed or your invoice expired.

Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to opt in
You opt in when you create a ZooLots account: on the Create-account form you enter your mobile number and check a box agreeing to receive account & transaction texts. The consent box is not pre-checked, and consent is not required to buy. You can use the form above to start.
How to opt out or get help

STOPto any ZooLots text to unsubscribe at any time; you'll get a confirmation and no further texts. Reply
